Founder and CEO

From a large midwest family, Travis excelled early on and received a full-tuition scholarship to Central Michigan University. There, he earned his B.S. in Computer Science and Management Information Systems. Interested in networking and telecommunications, Travis worked for an early VoIP company iBasis.

Moving to Los Angeles in 2002, he soon came up with the idea for a new start-up. While on a business trip to a resort in Mexico, he wondered how Americans would call overseas to make reservations. Understanding that forcing American's to dial an international number such as 011-52-55 was a huge barrier to commerce, Travis came up with the idea of offering U.S. Toll Free Numbers to overseas businesses. Twelve years later, has over 25,000 customers and has expanded the same business model to include toll free and virtual phone numbers from over 125 countries.

Jason O'Brien

Chief Operating Officer

Jason joined in October 2007 and has helped fuel the company's growth by building the operational infrastructure for sales, customer service, billing and technical support. Prior to joining, Jason held previous leadership positions in manufacturing, distribution, and aerospace companies including Boeing.

Jason earned his B.A. in Information Systems from the University of Redlands. Jason's background, both as a software developer and as a business consultant, has helped him to streamline the day-to-day business processes harnessing best-in-class technology he developed exclusively for

Daniel Farrell

Vice President of Infrastructure & Technology

With over 15 years of software development experience, Daniel offers deep expertise in software and system architecture, project management and programming. Prior to joining, he provided development leadership for several Fortune 500 companies.

Passionate about team building and collaboration, Daniel focuses on maximizing the performance of the technology teams and delivering the best possible experience for's customers. Daniel graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University with a degree in business management.

John Carter

Senior Executive Director

John joined TollFreeForwarding in 2008, bringing decades of experience in international sales and negotiation to our team. As the Senior Executive Director, John is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our top tier corporate accounts.

Prior to joining, John spent several years in Caracas, Venezuela creating new business opportunities for Berlitz International as their Country Manager. John earned his B.A. in Communications from the University of Central Florida.

Jeff Rojas

Director of Creative Services

Jeff brings over 20 years of web design, product management and leadership experience across a diverse set of industries. Prior to joining, he was the Senior Product Manager for Counterpoint Systems, a leading provider of rights and royalty management software. At Counterpoint Systems, Jeff led the development team responsible for successful redesign of the company's Musicsource™ line of desktop and mobile software solutions.

At, Jeff is responsible for all creative-related functions including product management, UX, web and print design. Jeff is a native Californian and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and his MBA from the California State University, Monterey Bay.

Sandra Lee

Technical Support Manager

Sandra joined in 2010 and has been instrumental in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Her team provides technical support for our customers, account managers and business partners. Sandra is a seasoned technical support manager with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She has served in a variety of technical support roles for GTE, Winstar and Paetec.

Suri Mendoza

Executive Account Manager

Suri joined in 2008 as a Customer Support Representative where she provided outstanding customer support while also providing training and coaching for our customer support agents. As an Executive Account Manager, Suri ensures that all enterprise level clients receive the best possible customer experience.
