We offer a selection of pricing options, ranging from pay-as-you-go plans to high-volume plans for enterprises that require a lot more minutes per month. Every one of our plans is available to be billed monthly or annually for a generous discount.
If you are unsure of how many minutes you will need, we recommend starting with a monthly plan which is easily scalable to meet your growing needs. If you require more minutes than your plan allows for, additional minutes are charged on a per-minute basis at a price based on your plan.
Many of our numbers are available with a free trial. More information on our various plans, payment options, the fee trial, and plan cancellations can be found below.
Pay As You Go
Pay-as-you-go plans are our entry-level plans, perfect for those looking for a virtual phone number who don't plan on needing an exceptional number of minutes each month. Pay-as-you-go plans allow you to pay for the minutes as you use them rather than pre-purchasing a set number of minutes every month.
For those looking for a certain amount of minutes each month, a minutes-included plan is a perfect option. These plans come in a variety of sizes, from starter packages to medium and large monthly minute packages. If you know the general estimate of minutes you need each month, simply select the plan size that fits your needs. And if you need more minutes than your plan allows for, additional minutes can be purchased on a per-minute basis at a price commensurate with your plan.
High Volume Packages are priced on a case-by-case basis. These plans are ideal for those who expect to use more minutes than what's included in our Large Packages. Please contact one of our dedicated sales managers to build a customized high-volume plan that suits your business's needs.

Annual vs. Monthly Billing
All of our plans are available to be billed either monthly or annually for a reduced cost. Therefore, if you plan to use roughly the same amount of minutes every month, you can purchase an annual plan at a discounted price compared to a monthly plan of the same size.
If you are unsure of how many minutes you will need each month, we recommend starting with a monthly plan. That way, you can scale your minutes as needed. Then once you have a better understanding of how many minutes you need every month, you can switch to an annual plan.
Free trials are available with many of our numbers. Availability depends on a variety of factors, including the number type you've chosen as well as its host country. The duration of the free trial also depends on several factors, such as the number type and the plan you sign up for. Free trials start at US$5/five days (whichever expires first). Additional time and credit may be extended depending on client need.
For some enrollees, the free trial will be offered automatically. Some applicants may be asked to verify their email address and have it approved before the free trial is offered. You will need to enter your payment details during the trial period in order to secure the number beyond the end of the trial period. Once the trial period has ended, your payment details will be billed automatically per the plan you've signed up for.

NASC (Number Administration Service Center) Charge
There is no fee to transfer your existing toll-free number to TollFreeForwarding.com. However, if your existing carrier refuses to transfer the phone number, we may be able to force the transfer for a $50 fee.
Local Number Port Charge
This fee is to transfer your local number from your current carrier
Enable Call Recording to capture and save audio from each call. You can listen to and download your calls online for 30 days at no extra charge.
$7/month + 3¢/minute
